My brother in law works at Kirstenhof TAB, near Muizenberg in Cape Town.

He was on his way to work on Sunday morning when he receives a call to tell him that the TAB branch has just been robbed at gunpoint.

Please be vigilant.

Our tote in Margate was robbed at gun point about a month ago. MO was arive late held up a few patrons and the cashiers - These places are soft targets as they are generally low rent shops out of the public eye.

They have stepped up security since.

had to hand your gun back...
no licence..
now get a box of hand granades...10 @ R500........??????????
so in next hold up.... have a standoff...pull the safety pin..
if the guy/s wants to stay...its tickets and tax...
if he runs...it's tickets and tax... throw the granade after him...

cannot send a policeman with cuffs to fight a war...
like taking a knife to gun fight...
