One thing about him is that he is consistant.always losing on well backed favourites, somthing like a well known Cape rider.

Statistics, please. We went through this with the well known Cape rider and established statistically that his strike rate on winning favs was higher than most. Baseless from-the-pocket allegations do this site no favours, IMHO.

I have not placed a single £ on either when riding a hot favourite for a long time. My fingers are only just recovering from the burns that has been inflicted. Maybe you are right when you say statistics but it has happened far too many times to me in the past. Maybe I just backed the horses on a wrong day.

I am NOT a Spencer fan, but I have changed my mind about him... I think he is a very good jockey, cos he can win when he wants to. Shoot me down, call me names whatever... BUT watch him closely when he rides... when they straighten up and he gets 'vigorous' on his mount, if his elbows are tucked in... you know you are in... when his elbows flail outwards like chicken wings.... tear up your tickets... watch closely and make up your own mind.

I think that that is also King K's problem....the visual. He does not have a visually vigorous style of riding(win or lose) so when a PA banker runs 4th with that style it tends to frustrate some.
just my view!

A good punter doesn't look at the price of a horse - before investing in a bet!!! So what on earth does the fact that he may have lost on a few favourites have anything to do with the price of eggs???

Maybe you're intimating that he pulls horses - which is another argument all together!!! Yes or no???

For me Neisius has great temperament, balance and a good judge of pace but driving finshes just aint his style.

I'd love to know how many PA's he has won over the years despite running 4th on many a favourite, they don't call Karl the PA King for nothing!

I hope that was a typo Hukky. It should read "a clueless mug punter doesn't look at the price before investing in a bet"
