Shake-up inOaks market after Ghanaati's Guineas


THE Oaks betting has been turned on its head by the Stanjames.com 1,000 Guineas winner Ghanaati, who is now favourite with both William Hill and Ladbrokes.

Sheikh Hamdan's filly, trained by Barry Hills, is 4-1 favourite with Hills from 50-1 and 6-1 with Ladbrokes who hadn't even quoted the BarryHills-trained winner beforehand.

Runner-up Cuis Ghaire is also drastically shorter now with Coral clearly impressed and going 5-1, while Sky Bet introduced her at 14-1.
