As in the classic ABBA song, will we be hearing the thunderous hooves of the Eastern Cape Champion Sprinter, Hear The Drums, recording his 23rd career victory at Arlington on Friday. Having won 6 out of 8 races over the course and distance he should only need to reproduce one of his last eight runs to come home lonely here. He is weighted to win comfortably and I certainly hope he makes it 23 on Friday.
