I see the Dubai World Cup and Classic Day locally are on the same weekend, surely Phumelela cannot allow this to happen as some of the best SA horses, owners, jockeys trainers and racegoers will be attending the Dubai race meeting?Surely common sense MUST prevail here and the local meeting get moved a week either way??

Only a bunch of brainless, incompetant clowns would schedule it on the same day. What an embarrassment. Its so typical though, another idiotic decision taken by Phumulela.

Surely it can't be difficult to reschedule the meeting, although Phumulela will come up with some bullshit excuse. The richest race day in the world and probably the biggest advert for SA racing should have as much SA representation as possible. If those clowns at had any brains they would send a contingent to Dubai to support the event and support the SA challenge.

De Kock and co must be shaking their heads in disbelief!

De Kock doesnt care what happens here, supposidly he was asked if he had complaints but said "no"....sure he has none as he'll earn more in one night there than a whole year here......an injustice to SA racing if its not changed...and it wont be rescheduled!
