Marketing to clubbers in jockey silks - brilliant!!!

This is what we need to bring a younger market to the game. Keep it up maybe the old boys club will learn something.

The Robin and Jessica show featured the efforts Jonathan Snaith has made to market the Queens Plate. He has put in huge effort and has found innovative ways to promote the event and racing in general. I think we will see that he will achieve to attract a youthful energetic market to racing, with the focus being on racing.

I as a young 34 year old am attracted to the event and wish that I could support it. He has effectively reached his target market.

By the way the clubbers arent wearing jockey silks - he has hotties promoting the event and they are in jockey silks. Thought that I should clear that up just in case someone thinks that people go out dressed in jockey silks (lol)

The proof will be in the pudding, following on from last year, I believe the Q. Plate day will rise up and become better than met day.

I feel the met has lost its sparkle. I've only missed one met in 18 years but feel the day has lost its appeal. Honestly, I rent a picnic site and then they tell me to stop drinking my own booze after the last race. UNREAL!
