ENGLAND V NEW ZEALAND
WALES V AUSTRALIA
SUMMER CUP WEEKEND
RUGBY
ENGLAND V NEW ZEALAND
England's rugby woes are expected to continue when they play New Zealand in their final Test of the year. The bookmakers have given them a 20-point start for the match at Twickenham on Saturday afternoon.
BETTING
Outright
England 11/1 (R12.00)
Draw 66/1 (R67.00)
New Zealand 1/12 (R1.08)
Handicap
England +19.5 at 1/1 (R2.00)
New Zealand -19.5 at 19/20 (R1.95)
BETTING VERDICT
New Zealand appear to be the side to back on the handicap in this match. They have been in good form and have just beaten a better side than England by the margin required, which is 20 points.
SUGGESTED BET
New Zealand -19.5 at 19/20

RUGBY
WALES V AUSTRALIA
Australia are five-point favourites for their Test match against Wales at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
BETTING
Outright
Wales 37/20 (R2.85)
Draw 33/1 (R34.00)
Australia 11/20 (R1.55)
Handicap
Wales +4.5 at 1/1 (R2.00)
Australia -4.5 at 19/20 (R1.95)
BETTING VERDICT
Australia on the handicap appears to be the way to bet in this match. The Wallabies' form this year and their recent record against Wales suggest that they should manage to overcome a 4.5-point handicap.
SUGGESTED BET
Australia -4.5 at 19/20

SUMMER CUP WEEKEND
Summer cup week-end is here and whilst all the attention goes the way of Turffontein on Saturday afternoon for the big one, punters can roll on well into the night with action at Greyville set to round off a 9-hour long haul of non-stop SA racing action. Pace yourselves!
Staying with KZN, typically this is a rough time of the year for punting so no surprises that theory and form study have been of little use. For punters, ultimately it has come down to reliance on the fat of a ridiculous winning streak to bloat the coffers.. but no such luck has crapped on my shoulder lately. After scraping the septic end of the barrel for much too long, I decided to take a break and clean out the losing streak gunge from under my fingernails. It seems to have worked wonders because I arrived back with a whoosh on Wednesday night and once again reunited with that zippy rush known as winning.
Best Bets Greyville:
Race 7 – No.1 Modern Monet (2/1)
Race 4 – No.5 Trail 'O Gold (33/10)
Best Value Turffontein:
Race 8 – No.18 Autumn Frost (25/1)
