Hereford Race 3 Quartet Dividends

Cannot be a C/O with the 3 horses finishing in order of fancy and the balance failing to finish. 

Now declared a losing bet.
How is it possible if none of the remaining 3 runners failed to finish.
In the past the field qualified for fourth.
This is daylight robbery.
Bob can you get some clarification from Tab as regards the rules for this Commingled Quartet bet.

TABTOUCH HAVE DECLARED A DIVIDEND
OF 6.90 WITH THE FIELD QUALIFIED FOR FOURTH PLACE.

WHY HAS OUR TOTE DECLARED THE QUARTET A LOSING BET?

HEREFORD Race2 and a few other races Quartet Dividend as C/O.
DUNDALK as well a few races Quartet Dividends as C/O.

The only Tote that can be trusted is TABTOUCH.

Will be giving the UK Commingled Pools a wide berth.

There is something seriously wrong with the tote dividends .These quartet pools of R2000 to R5000 ,just an example,is not a co mingled pool in my opinion.This is a South African pool.This story of dividing the dividend by the Pound sounds ridiculous.Over the many years this was not the case now all of a sudden pool R5000 ,dividend declared R150 .I see this everyday ,this matter needs to be investigated as the dividends will drive punters away .
Why does this not happen in Hong Kong or Australia ? The dividends declared us correct but UK and Irish racing something not right.If you look at the co mingled trifecta dividends there does not seem to be any problem with the dividends .Someone has messed up the quartet calculations .I don't play quartets any more on UK racing as the end result is a disappointment.
