You Can't Handle the Truth 🤪

Good morning all during difficult times for racing. 

As a forum we are here to allow people to post their views and comments whilst trying to remain neutral, however this last week has been rather hectic for the site, whatsapp and other social media. 
The never ending fued between a high profile racing stable and the racing authorities still appears to have no resolution in sight.
The bottom line is that racing is suffering from an image and financial perspective. 

We've had so many articles posted from numerous parties that my head is about to explode re what is actually the truth and what is the best way forward. 
It's like OJ Simpson and Zuma coupled on the tote with plenty of more drama to come and the legal profession being the only beneficiary. 

For my post I considered using the Paula Abdul song "one step forward and two steps back " 😂 
As evertime we get something positive e.g. racing protocol for travel, we manage to nullify it with the abandoned big race day.

Let me focus on racing. 
Not sure what the future holds for Main Defender 🤔 but the Drill Hall now looks rather open. 
My last theme "Double Grand Slam" still looks a sound banker and in the Guineas we might need a few runners in our pick six but with the three main races being sandwiched between a poly meeting it does not generate much enthusiasm. 

In my humble opinion Forever Young was an unlucky loser of the Kentucky Derby. 
In addition don't be surprised if City of Troy wins the Derby after its shocking 2000gns run, 7/1 is available.

.....maybe the truth is that the NHRA vvithout sufficient  research and consultation has fallen into some dubious tech that has a recent history of being more than at best a little iffy .... and should they try use it to try and collar the would be alleged suspects.... they are only going to land up with many more legal woes......
