Both look worth a bet at there current odds 
 

A very interesting card today, 
Race 1 Magdala has speed to burn, but is very difficult to settle. Back to the minimum trip she should be difficult to catch and looks decent value at 7/2.
Of the raced runners, Magical River is the danger, but looks held on penultimate run. A first timer, Winastar, has been installed as an early weak favourite, but there seems more support for Miss Predator.
Race 2 Global State has had two good runs and is a strong favourite. I think that the value lies with Sweet and True which put up an excellent debut and should come on from that experience.
Race 3 A very difficult open maiden. The 2yo, My Best Shot, would have to run about MR 90 to win which seems tough. Five Star Magic has good form but a wide draw and these races are prone to upsets.
Race 4 A match race between Luna Halo, which is distance suited but a wide draw, and And We Danced, which would probably prefer a bit further, but gets the plum draw and has the WFA advantage. I have a marginal preference for the latter. The group on MR 94-96 are all a bit in and out. Lady Majorca is out at the weights, but could well improve this trip and has plenty of scope as a progressive 3yo, so could fill the trifecta. Our filly Treasure Hunt has more to do at the weights and a wide draw, so I'm not expecting much although she is distance suited and is fit and well.
Race 5 A very open race. Raptor Island at 12/1 could be the ew value.
Race 6 Central City won well last time but that was on poly and he got a 5 point raise, so I think that he is a favourite worth opposing. Light Without made remarkable improvement for a 6yo last time in a much stronger Pinnacle, and if he can repeat that run will be tough to beat. Nothingelsematters will enjoy this c&d and is a big runner. Painite is better off at the weights with CC and should turn the tables on him. Quite a few others with chances but these 4 are my short list.
Race 7 Medlers Tart won well last time and at similar weights should again have a big winning chance. I would have expected her to be favorite so she looks decent value at 5/2. The 2 Smith runners and Bournemoth look the main dangers and there is little between them.
Race 8 Very difficult race. The value ew at 10/1  could be Rimaah on the weight turnaround with Holly's View.
