GIMME A NOTHER CLASSIC

Good morning all as we head to A Nother Classic weekend. 

It's a wonderful card and hopefully punter friendly 😀 

I am doing this post early on Thursday as we have a grandparents day at the school on Friday. It's for the baby of our neighbour's child I take him to school every day. He's a dear wee lad but I'm sure there will be a few raised eyebrows that Robbie has white grandparents 🤔

Today's card at the big T looks a lot more difficult than that on Saturday, water shortages maybe a problem due to strikes? 

We continue to have some wonderful race days and the Cape Derby was also a Classic days racing. 
Also a mention of A Nother Hollywood Punters competition winner 👏
It's a must play this Saturday at Turffontien as well as the pick 6.

RACING 
Let's talk about the card for Saturday. 
Baring any external interference to spoil the day 🕵‍♂️ we can have an early Peter's double with PISTOL PETE and ALMOND SEA and possibly add the Classic double to give you a 4 horse atc with GIMME A NOTHER and SANDRINGHAM SUMMIT. 
It also gives you A Nother chance to take the foursome options on the HW punters competition. 

The pick 6 also looks reasonable and I will certainly be taking a perm on Saturday morning but will wait for any scratchings and betting moves.
First leg: we can load.
So Seductive could be a banker for small perms.

Second leg: A Nother challenge where the field is a consideration. 

Third Leg: 
GIMME A NOTHER a strong banker and should win the triple tiara.

Forth Leg:
SANDRINGHAM SUMMIT looks A NOTHER banker with only possible danger is William Iron Arm from the Peter stable.

Fifth race: 
I would like Princess Calla and Melech to dead heat but realistically you have to add At My Command, Puerto Manzano, Cousin Casey? Dave the King, Main Defender? and Safe Passage. 

Last leg: 
DYCE also a potential banker but if you have the kitty take more.

CHELTENHAM: 
We have a concern with the star hurdler Constitution Hill so State Man would be the obvious choice if the champ does not show.
You have 24 hrs to make a call if you fancy a punt.
State Man 11/10 Constitution Hill 13/10.
State Man has no problems and is very fit.
Constitution Hill is the unbeaten superstar but has had numerous set backs and the latest scare makes him a potential scratching. 
Confirmation is in the morning. 
Suggest the 11/10 State Man as it will be 1/3 if the Hill is a scratching. 
More updates to follow on the other races shortly.

FOOTBALL 
The Premier League is still in the balance and the enthusiasm at Anfield is at a high at the moment with the youngsters doing well.

"You'll Never Walk Alone" 
This was the one the Beatles missed as it was a hit for Gerry and the Pacemakers. 
Liverpool is highly recommended for a visit, Beatles experience, Grand National and the stadium. 
Hard Days Night hotel superb.



RUGBY 
Scotland beat the English again and played some great Rugby. We look forward to the Irish game and will be having a wee "handicap" punt on the Jocks as well as a punt that Jock Van Der Merwe will be on the score board.

CONCERNS 
Assisted suicide is in the headlines of Sky news, possible change in the laws.🤞

Saturday' card is the most exciting in a long time.

Race 1 Cherry Oh Baby could be anything
Race 2 and 3 The two Peter Babies are the best we have seen this season.
Race 4 Blah
Race 5 Average bunch. Peach Daquiri looked top draw early one must have issues. Has Peter yard figured her out.
Race 6 Gimme A Nother Top horse
Race 7 Sandringham Summit Top horse. I think MDK runner will prefer 1800
Race 8 Princess Call vs. Main Defender Vs top field. I hear Back in Business will jump straight after the 7th race to have a chance
Race 9 Dyce, William R. Handicap with lotsa potential spooks
Race 10 Blah
