Nico was visibly upset that Tammy declined to come forward for the post-race interview!

The Question is: Did Tammy decline because she knows that she did not meet Twinkles' dress code requirements?

PS. Barend Botes concluded that it is more cost effective to re-located his stables to KZN than replace his wardrobe of short pant safari suits and insist that his owners do the same. I say, bring back the short pant safari suits (with the standard issue of a comb in the socks) in 4Q Land
