Good morning all on workers day.
We are home safe and sound after our 4000 klms road trip.
It was another breathtaking view of SA.
I have put on an few extra kilos and my old back is feeling the strain 😪
We have loads of pics and videos to bore family and friends.
I did mention on my previous post that Paternoster is one of my favourite places and the drive over the Swartberg mountain pass was awesome.
We did witness extreme wealth and poverty during the trip.
We will have to take it easy over the next few weeks before our trip to Kloof to watch the grandkids and we will need to be on top of our game.
It's a big year for us and Mrs S will turn 70 in July clashing with the big race weekend.
Sue has to be a promotion for Boshendal Blanc De Noir as a beauty enhancing treatment😊
It's good being pensioners but getting old is not for sissies.
We have plenty racing today with a double header locally and a feast of overseas racing where the Curragh in Ireland is the pick of the bunch and the Cape card is certainly not too shabby.
We have plenty valuable posts on the site with some great contributions.
Racing continues to be a challenge but we certainly have good people trying to WORK IT OUT.
It's difficult to find a few certs today but QUEENS GAMBLE (Warwick) PADDINGTON and LUXEMBOURG can also win at the Curragh in Ireland.
