Race 6: Crimson King looks the best bet of the day , surely 4 lengths off Do It Again will be good enough to beat this field

Value bet on the day for me is Arctic Flag race 4 , been improving with racing and looks ready to run a cracker at a decent price

A pick 5 today???? Maiden juvenile plate as first leg of P6 and only one runner has raced before....

.....:oops:....never saw it that way....thanx for the heads up....was gonna chuck in a scratching but think that there could be a lurker or 2 in that unraced lot that could give those in the betting a bit of a spook....

We have Crimson King running in the 6th. He has had his issues, but seems in good nick. He is well in at the weights, and although he is better further, he should be good enough to win this. The obvious danger is Stratospheric which he meets effectively at WFA terms. That one beat a very moderate maiden field by a wide margin, and would need to improve a few lengths on that to win, but obviously does have scope for improvement. The rest look well held. I think that 4/1 is a generous price and worth a punt.

:sick: :sick: :sick: BOY now that was haaaard work ! did NOT win like a 6 / 10 shot..... was pushed ALL THE WAY..... but I suppose a WIN IS A WIN ...... recouped my LOSSES from yesterday

i took EVENS by the way....... just missed the 11 / 10 !

.....had the 2nd horse in my P6....was screaming for a result....now I will be lucky to get my investment back....:S
