Attention South African horse racing enthusiasts!

Let relive the spectacular Classic Day that recently took place at Turffontein, where the adrenaline-fueled races left the crowds roaring with excitement. From Hollywood Syndicate's exhilarating win in the R1.5 million Grade 1 World Sports Betting SA Classic to Bless My Stars' nail-biting finish in the R1.25 million Grade 1 Wilgerbosdrift SA Fillies Classic, it was a day that will be remembered for years to come.

And let's not forget the World Sports Betting Hawaii Stakes, which saw Sean Tarry's Under Your Spell thundering to victory with an impressive ride by Luyolo Mxothwa. It was a day filled with competitive racing, where every jockey and horse gave it their all to claim their place in history.

The Championships season is heating up, and Derby Day on April 1st is the next event you won't want to miss. The Turffontein racecourse will once again come alive with the thundering hooves of magnificent racehorses, as they compete for glory and eternal fame.

But it's not just about the racing. The South African horse racing industry is about community, passion, and the thrill of competition. It's about coming together to witness the sheer beauty and power of these majestic animals as they race towards victory.

So, whether you're a seasoned racing fan or a newcomer to the sport, join us on Derby Day and experience the electrifying atmosphere of South African horse racing. Let's celebrate the spirit of competition and the joy of coming together to witness something truly remarkable. See you at the track!

..... and not a word about the diabolical sound that we had to endure on 240 - not sure how the sound was on course ?

And also not a word about the 'whip issue'
