Where does this 4 cents go?

We commingled with the Australian tote yet don't pay out their 1.04 minimum dividend.
To get that 4 cents they deduct a bit from every other horses dividend.
So we getting a fraction less on all other horses for the place to get that 1.04 minimum dividend yet our tote doesn't pay it out.
It's probably a few rands each time but where does it go?

Our Tote rounds DOWN the dividends. It does not round to the nearest (first decimal). This “difference” is added to the tote take-out.

A couple months ago I had a separate thread asking about rounding down as certain states in the USA has now implemented the payout to the correct decimal point, no rounding down.

Its definitely goes to their take out.

South Africa from what I have seen might be the only country that does not give a guaranteed minimum payout.
