Gallop TV. coverage of 4 Racing venues
2 years 4 months ago
i don' follow all the posts but i am sure Gallop covered 4racing venues last week. Now today again no coverage.
It is just annoying had to go find my DSTV login details to stream channel 240.
missed the 1st race.
can they not just agree to a coverage agreement.

Worldsportsbetting (WSB) streams all venues on three different channels including international racing.

Gallop TV has an agreement with Cape Racing to show their racing coverage, however not with 4Racing, therefore coverage from Gauteng and the Eastern Cape cannot be broadcast on Gallop TV.

The part that is irritating is that the bookies have a “WATCH NOW” icon on their online betting boards for 4Racing races.

This is really amazing. It's like forcing Cape Racing into your play.
Give me Gauteng Racing anyday
.
With the trainers stabled at Turffontein, Vaal and Randjies makes racing much more varied and interesting and you will get horses for courses.
No little wonder that bragging about making a profit talk comes from the Cape, piggybacking on the centres that do the turnovers.

.....on the converse I personally now prefer Cape racing above anything else.....I find local(Vaalie) racing rather incipit bland and boring with no real value....imvho the class is definitely down in the Cape at the moment and is providing really entertaining racing ever since Bortz and co have started running it....4Q are totally vulnerable as they may have waning local turnover support as the stats quoted by Bortz on the recent Cape Sales day show an increase in tote wagering interest from Vaalies on the Cape meetings at this point in time.....

The presenters in the Cape, eish.
Yesterday the on course presenter at Turffontein was on song. and he gave confidence with a few runners and even tipped an Exacta that played well.
Keep on pointing punters in the right direction LYALL COOPER.

.....different strokes for different Okes.....frankly I cannot stand many of the up country presenters and thus only watch the picture with the mute on.....then again most of the time I cannot even watch a picture either .....and my spend there is now very limited....for me the Cape is the example of what racing should be....
