2 horse race NEWBURY

i'VE JUST WATCHED what appeared to be 2 x horse race at NEWBURY, U.K. ( over jumps )

question : if they should BOTH FALL - i guess the tote & bookmakers clean up........ Take ALL - IS THAT CORRECT ??

I SUPPOSE FOR EXOTICS - FIELD will probably apply ??

I've seen a 3 horse race and only the 2 finishers qualified for the PA...the horse that fell wasn't in the PA winning numbers...
