Question for Dev Regarding Price Changes

#843498
Hi Dev - Recently when using the website, both new and old versions, the price of a horse will say x. You submit the bet and you get the error Price Change < : Odds for xxx have changed from 2.00 to 1.52. You refresh the odds page again, you will still see the older price showing. Basically the odds on the site are not updating real time, and you need to submit a bet to find out the actual price. This problem does not happen all day, but happens mostly during the evenings (When the A team goes home I guess). Please can you advise if you are aware of this, and can something be done to fix it?
Thank you.

Happened to me right now, backed a horse in Ireland at 5/1, site says price change (into) 7/2, i accept, the horse is trading at 4/1, not 7/2. If you want the photo, i'll send it to you.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Been happening for years, the surprise or unawareness is quite funny.

And weirdly, price almost always shortens when taking the bet and then "adjusts" to a better price after bet taken...

Do u have any idea how frustrating it is to call into your call centre. Hold on for 5 to 8 minutes only for your shitty agents to answer and remain silent?

What sort of Mickey mouse nonsense is this?

It has happen 3 times this morning. It's very simple. Hire staff who want to be employed.

I am not sitting here and choosing to get frustrated by nonsense.

Absolutely junk.

My query has been resolved as I contacted Kyle directly.

The call centre woes still a concern.

Cheers.

I did not have a query but decided to test online chat
"a consultant will be with you in 163s"
That is about 3 mins... actually a consultant responded in 8 mins
