Does anyone know how to opt in for the bonus?.

I can find any info or option at all to opt in.

Emailed their support asking same question and their response was " We are sorry but your request for the deposit bonus has been declined".

A bunch of geniuses, it seems

The 1st Deposit bonus has to be claimed before you make any betting transactions.
