Vaal racetrack changes

Heard a whisper that the Vaal grass racetrack to be 'expanded' to 2 tracks, 1 straight up to 1600m and 1 around the bend beyond 1600m. Only 12 runners per race though.
Sand track stays the same.
More whispers around the Laird stable looking for 45 boxes as a result.
And it is alleged that some current Vaal occupants/trainers being 'pressured' to vacate/give up a few boxes to accomodate the 'Big Guns'.

I personally think that's the way to go in terms of track layout.

Unsure of the 12 Horse limit though?

As for you sheepishly mentioning 'down under' I take it you mean New Zealand - lol!
