Thank you Bob. I’m still a regular reader and supporter of ABC. Have been since the beginning.
Immigrated to the UK over a year ago and have been slowly setting up here and doing the BHA requirements like the trainers modules which are great. Should have first runners in March. Busy preparing them.
I have learned a lot from my previous training career and being a airline pilot and a avid Ultra runner. I’ve completed 4 Comrades Marathons, 3 Two Oceans Ultra Marathons and most recently a London 2 Brighton which was the toughest being a 104km trail run. I didn’t do too badly the first time round training, winning a Gr1 and lots of other success, but with many more years life experience now, I am hoping to do really well here. Exciting times and it’s lots of hard work…oh how I miss the great staff South Africa has, but it’s keeping me fit doing all the work myself here..
Will definitely keep posting here and hope to give you all a winner or two in 2022.

Certainly will…. I’m a big Danny Muscutt fan.. there are quite a few Saffas here in the town. Gavin Howes, Colin Story and his wife Tara and Sky Egdes as well. John Nel is here.
