Disgraceful pathetic NHRA - he should be gone

Apprentice P Mxoli was charged with a contravention of Rule 62.2.11 in that he illtreated the horse BURMESE TIARA by kicking it in the stomach when this filly dislodged him en route to the start. Apprentice P Mxoli signed an Admission of Guilt and a fine of R 5,000.00 was imposed.

Apprentice P Mxoli reported that BURMESE TIARA made an abnormal respiratory noise in running.
The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly.

agree wholeheartedly but the NHRA clearly showed the couldn't give a rat's ass about any horse after they did nothing in the pe grooms slashing the horses incident
