Mr Duncan Howells has no runners ... spydas corner would've been an interesting runner in any sprint races...

Race 5, the more I look at this race, the more confident I get about Imbewu (opened 14/1 now into 10/1). I believe this horse will start much shorter on the day. Tarry did the same thing last year in the two juvenile feature races.
Imbewu, recovered and won well on debut when severely hampered at the start. Something to consider, the other Tarry inmate, Twice The Trip, beat Kailene (7/2) in a Listed Feature. She takes on the colts in the Durban Golden Horseshoe (R6). Imbewu won her debut in maiden company, and they must believe she is good enough to win this. If anything, they will have a good line on Kailene who is the second favourite.
The favourite, Desert Miracle (opened 11/2, now 14/10), received weight from the entire field when breaking out the maiden ranks in a mini feature, two runners and no winners since. Prepared to take her on.
