Thomas Tucker future runs - Implications for racing

Trainer D A McKenzie will be questioned regarding the improved performance of THOMAS TUCKER

Because of the rules for the race he won he got the max 6 points.

My points:

1. he was horribly out at the weights. on exposed form he is a solid 77 horse on poly and probably a few point worse on grass.
2. if his next run is back to anywhere between 75-90 range we the punter were handled. if he runs to 3rd leg rating in a handicap he is a certainty off 84 rating
2. if the second and third horse run back at their ratings of 107 or such next time out. then even more problematic was the Thomas T run.

Ways for the trainer to get around further scrutiny

1. Run him on grass next time
2. stick a 4kg claimer abourd
3. run over a different distance
4. Nominate and scratch last minute with an injury or illness
5. rest for 90 days

will watch with bated breath
