My good friend, Google, says it's because of a break in the signal, or a weak signal, from the source/origin. No need to reboot, just channel one up or down, and return to the frozen channel, it should be working again.
Unfortunately Google cannot give me an answer to who will win the July, try as i may.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.
