I find that interbet seams to have the biggest deduction normally. Hollwood is very good with having lower percentage deductions as they dont shorten a horse when its fallen over in a starting stall. I find interbet and wsb tend to shorten when a horse looks like it will be scratched. No control over the bookmakers like it used to be one deduction for all...

the bookie that claimed a 5% deduction corrected it after an email to their support
the one that claimed a 10% deduction, have, not unusually, not responded at all - may as well send an email to the stones in my garden
for them to claim 10% it means the horse was 12/1 at time of withdrawal - I hope they persist with this idiocy - taking them to the Gambling Board will be an absolute pleasure (what a nasty old man!!)
