Tabonline Again !!!

Seems like nothing changes at Tabonline. Deposit done and nobody doing a regular check to update accounts. So now I've missed both Jackpots and who knows when someone will get off there backsides and go and check the deposits. Its so damn frustrating. Bad luck to the tote the money ended up with my bookmaker. Who knows how long I'll wait till it reflects in my acc.

....you have to phone them to actually prompt them.....I have given up with bank deposits....safer to buy a 1 Voucher when picking up bead and milk at the local Checkers and load it into account instantly.....may sound like a big schlepp.... but it is by far much faster than actually phoning them up to remind them to check because they still do not do it immediately despite the call and prompting....the tote is still a f@cking joke and needs to be rebuilt with a new attitude and chuck out the lame and lazy......:ohmy:

....yes they do....however some of us have had primary bank accounts suspended for not having salary deposits... because our employer went tits up during Covid crisis....I migrated to First National to receive funds from my wife's business and only have a FNB app for direct deposits.....have posted before that HW deposits are instantaneous however the tote have to be prompted and when you get shirty with them on their tardiness they really drag arse....

We really do need a SAVAGE attack to get the Tote to an acceptable standard (customer service and confidence levels) etc

They had an objection in the third leg which was upheld. The 2 won, not 1.

Bookies are sharp,seems they not paying out that dividend just yet.

Surely the tote should put the right number in the 3rd leg then.
And the right amount of tickets that won.
Tabonline have it right but Tabgold they still sleeping.
