Race 3 Somerset Maugham in my view very poor ride last time and should win today. Dangers if you don’t trust him are Essos, Captain Who and Paper Trail.
Race 4 Katie To, Sea Lion and Our World are the 3.
Race 5 Captains World, Pacific Duke, High Moon , Bey Suyay
Race 6 Jeans Man is the best bet of the week. Ignore last run when saddle slipped, and in the wrong type of race. I rate him 96, and he runs off 75, with another 4kg off. Can’t believe I got 10/1 this morning.
Race 7 An open race. If Pray For Rain fit and ready he’s first choice.
Race 8 Similarly, if the Drier visitor Hail Columbia is fit and ready, then he’s the one, otherwise look to the low weighted runners.

Life on Mars should prefer the 1000m.
