Finally we get something from them.

God forbid how many times there's been computer glitches and incorrect
dividends paid out to customers.

Couple this with no live tickets updates and punters are on a hiding to nothing.

It is a fact that the post on this forum and other racing forums that protested the rip-off got somebody motivated to investigate the poor payout.

Well done to you who lodged the objections, without any objections it would have passed quietly as ......accounting irregularities.

If Trump can say ......" they stole the election " , what odds punters who had winning tickets felt that they were.........................

Its hard being a punter under Phumelela jurisdiction. All along someone read our complaints & continue with solitaire on their machine. We are in big big trouble until we quit gambling in SA. I'm one particular folk who value customer care from communication on the day of complaint until its resolved.

Anyway well done Tab for rectifying the glitch and hope controls have been put in place for that not to happen again.

Upgrade the tote AND the people working on it.
Poor customer care esp for Listed entity.

9 days to give us an answer maybe tells me they where brainstorming to try find a solution without actually telling us that someone forgot to close the pool until the result was known.
Any decent computer guru would have discovered the glitch minutes after the payout was known,9 days is far too long.
Where is the money going to come from to pay out this dividend we may ask?
Maybe they just used some money that was supposed to go into the carryovers.
Easy for them as the public has no access to the actual amounts that have been carried over.
Maybe a bit far fetched but you just never know what these okes get up to.

And what happens to the punters who had an actual ticket that they already cashed out at a tote branch?
How do they go about trying to get the new dividend paid to them?
