In their eyes its normal & that's why the downtime is longer. Surely this day in age when digital platforms drive turnover they cant reform their IT systems. Very very incompetent executive, management & staff. No wonder they cant respond to our queries/complaints. I have never seen a complaints platform( email, phone no etc).

.....reminds me of the time I traded all my SAA frequent flyer miles for 2 business class tickets to Bangkok for a proper honeymoon......the plane a 747 Cargo Combi was f@cked and nothing worked no in seat entertainment system and food heating system turned a business class meal into fishy chicken porridge .....I complained and was told...."Sir we are getting new aircraft for this route"......my retort was....."but I am on this f@cked plane now"......:S
