There has been a lot of rain but not raining now and the sun did try to pop out for 5 minutes about an hour ago but overcast again now...

RACE 1: 6 SWEETSCENTEDGREEN 5 JUSTADOREHER 7 CASADORO 8 I CAN JUMP

Preview: Tricky with a number of first timers. The Hawker Typhoon form will be a guide. JUSTADOREHER (5) is a long-time battler but has been in good form of late and was close-up behind Hawker Typhoon last run. SWEETSCENTEDGREEN (6) has made steady improvement and can turn the tables on Justadoreher. CASADORO (7) showed improvement at her second outing while I CAN JUMP ( found good market support on debut and should come on from that effort. (Andrew Harrison: 6-5-7-.

RACE 2: 7 ASHANTI 8 SEVENTH SONG 2 SERGEANT YORK 4 FOXY LADY

Preview: ASHANTI (7) was a close up second in a work riders race last time out. He has shown steady improvement and with Marcus in the irons he should be right there. SEVENTH SONG ( has taken on stronger at his last two and should go well in this company. SERGEANT YORK (2) this stable hunts suitable races country-wide. He was sent over further last run but appears to be coming to hand. FOXY LADY (4) made good improvement last run and may be coming to hand after her move from Kimberley. (Andrew Harrison: 7-8-2-4).

RACE 3: 6 VIHZOE’S MAGIC 3 INDIGO MOON 7 CHANTY LANE 1 SIWA OASIS

Preview: INDIGO MOON (3) is lightly raced and was not far back from a wide draw last start. Better draw here and should go close. VIHZOE’S MAGIC (6) shows promise and ran a good race from the widest draw last run. Big chance here. CHANTY LANE (7) showed up well on debut at long odds. Better this trip and should come on from that effort. SIWA OASIS (1) was a distant second last run from a wide draw. Drawn pole here and can get closer. (Andrew Harrison: 3-6-7-1).

RACE 4: 1 CELTIC VISION 9 INGAKARA 7 INNOGEN 2 HEREINAFTER

Preview: Wide open. CELTIC VISION (1) is lightly raced but has shown good form over shorter. Front a good draw he should make the required improvement. INGAKARA (9) has her third run after a break and should strip at her peak. She was narrowly beaten last run. INNOGEN (7) has shown up well in her two starts for a new stable. 4kg claimer is back on board and she can feature prominently. HEREINAFTER (2) was not far back on debut when racing green. Good draw and better trip and see her into the money. (Andrew Harrison: 1-9-7-2).

RACE 5: 1 TRACK ATTACK 3 RASPUTIN’S REMEDY 4 PROUD WARRIOR 8 ARROW’S MARK

Preview: Going for three wins on the bounce is not easy but TRACK ATTACK (1) has always shown promise and looks to be in prime condition and can pull it off. RASPUTIN’S REMEDY (3) was close-up at long odds last start. He has been showing good improvement of ate and with a claiming apprentice up should make a bold bid. PROUD WARRIOR (4) is another than can benefit from a claiming apprentice and goes well this trip. ARROW’S MARK ( is always dangerous and is in good form. (Andrew Harrison: 1-3-4-.

RACE 6: 6 HAMSA GROVE 8 HOT MONEY 9 ELUSIVE CURRENT 7 PASSIVITY

Preview: Wide open. HAMSA GROVE (6) has been showing steady form but the addition of first-time blinkers could see her home here. HOT MONEY ( his way better than her last effort where she came in for heavy market support. She could have a change of luck here. ELUSIVE CURRENT (9) was an easy maiden winner last run. She has made steady improvement and can go in again. PASSIVITY (7) has finally come into her own and goes well over course and distance. (Andrew Harrison: 6-8-9-7).

RACE 7: 5 STOPALLTHECLOCKS 2 DANCING FEATHER 1 THERAAVADA 7 THE EIGHTH LORD

Preview: STOPALLTHECLOCKS (5) is way better than his last effort. He has done well over course and distance and takes a drop in class. DANCING FEATHER (2) takes on males but is well in at the weights and looks primed for this event. THERAVADA (1) never showed at his last start but has some useful Highveld form before that. Can go close at best. THE EIGHTH LORD (7) has not been out of the money in his last five starts. He was a maiden winner last outing but appears to have come to hand nicely. Andrew Harrison: 5-2-1-7).

RACE 8: 2 MADAME PATRISE 6 SOFIA ERIN 3 FLASHY KAITRINA 1 SOLAR FLARE

Preview: MADAME PATRICE (2) has good form in strong company and should make a bold bid.

SOFIA ERIN (6) has been in top form since being fitted with a tongue-tie. She makes her poly debut but the surface should suit. FLASHY KAITRINA (3) has been in mustard form with cheek pieces. She goes very well on the poly and rates a strong chance. SOLAR FLARE (1) won well second time out for her new stable. A concern is that her poly debut was a disaster. (Andrew Harrison: 2-6-3-1).
