You can wish me good luck or break a leg, it wont matter as the horse I pick would most probably be done in by jumping slow, loosing a shoe, over raced, finished strongly, needed the run... Its just never ever the jockeys fault... even when a blind man can see that the horse got a shitty or crooked ride...
A rule is a rule I know but it seems our stipes are more intent in fining jockeys who actually try to win, whip rule, rather than trying to find the ones not trying or trainers giving specific instructions to jockeys not to go too close as they want it's merit rating down.

That has to be the worst race I've ever watched, there were two separate races, hopefully the stipes will look into the riding performances of the jockeys.

Well done to Gareth Van Zyl for bringing Jetrix back from a 10 week break in winning condition.
The poor horse was beaten as they turned for home.
No excuses there, just didn't do enough at the training tracks to be anywhere near competitive.
Just another obstacle the punter has to endure in this game,we got to rely on the trainer actually training the horse.

Forgot to eat my Pronutro this morning is a good enough excuse for the stipes.

The vomit factor when you bet this horse Aquae Sulis in its last start to watch it have no chance and a distant last. Then watch it romp home in the next start.

Apparently jockey reported something amiss in it's last start.
Don't know if the vet found anything wrong though.
So what happens if the jockey thinks something wrong with the horse yet the vet doesn't pick up anything?
