Does Tellytrack Have A Responsibility to Build Pools

I ask this question because of late, Tellytrack have been doing their best to prioritize racing with no Local Exotics, and cut to the UK races with local exotics at the last possible minute. Not only is this annoying, but it also results in missed turnover for the operator. The longer TT shows us build up for UK races, the bigger the pools get. Right now it is 1 min to Beverly race 1, TT have still not even bothered to indicate the race is about to run, rather showing the horses loading at Deauville for the last 10 mins.

.....half hardheartedly.....but everyone there must be stressed with the uncertainty of who gets chopped next.....or if the whole show goes to who the hell knows.....:S

I am sure it will, he must have an amazing plan given the amount of time he is taking to release it. :silly:

What is most upsetting is that I, as nothing more than a bang average punter, can see all these inefficiencies and missed opportunities for increasing turnover through a very short glance at the situation, whereas people whose livelihoods depend on this can't and won't do anything to change it. The status quo has been fine all along, and we are seeing the results of this now. The status quo should not be fine any longer, but appears to be so.

as much as I love his work Chainshaw would have to be the Pied Piper to get back the punters lost to the game by bad management , poor service and very poor Stipes who are as consistent as Donald Trump

Mr H is so right because you can only reach out to those who are actually watching and I guess those who still do will probably continue to do so without anyone's help.

It is so obvious to anyone who understands both marketing, and more importantly business, that real growth (customer numbers) are what is needed to make a proper long term difference.

What has racing spent in terms of money, energy and intellect on the exercise of building sustainable new markets?
