Betting is open

Here’s Bass Racing comments for race 1

Chauels Camelot

Race: 1, Juvenile Plate

Distance: 1000m

Comments: Camelot first timer. Will need further and not expecting much first time.

Cloud Seeder

Race: 1, Juvenile Plate

Distance: 1000m

Comments: Shows pace at home, and depending on the strength of the field, he could run a respectable race first time out.

Greenlightflash

Race: 1, Juvenile Plate

Distance: 1000m

Comments: The 1000m might be a bit sharp for him to start off. He may run a fair race but he is a bit babyish and will probably be a bit green.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

R1) Jet Dark, whoever beats him wins the race.

R2) Stuck On You should go close, ran a length behind Thomas Henry who went down narrowly on Monday at Greyville against open company.

R3) Hyde Park, any follow through come race time and he would be the right one in the race. Having said that, if Snaith/Fourie win the first two races, Hyde Park will probably start a lot shorter than the current price.

R5) Royal Return must be the one to beat with the apprentice allowance.

Race 2
I’m a Lady ran a good second on debut and seems a decent sort. Would prefer 1200m, and will be running on strongly. Will be disappointed if not in the first 3. Fifty Shades Darker and Stuck on You are the two that we have to beat, unless there is a smart first timer. Is working well and should be fit enough to run a good race.
Elusive Fort had a good day yesterday with 2 winners, Fort Anne and Secret Potion , and a close 2nd with Encryption from just 4 runners.

The 33/1 Falcon race 1 was huge on breeding alone

If it was trained by any of the fancy boys it would be favourite

I think they using the summer course today.

I do like a bit of Duchess of State with 50kg on her back if she produces her earlier form. In her post maiden race she finished 2nd Kelpie and beating some nice fillies in that race.

Pink Floyd should go close again today.
