5 years 2 months ago - 5 years 2 months ago
The first four Classics of the British Flat season will be delayed and staged later in the season, the Jockey Club announced on Tuesday afternoon.
The Qipco 2,000 and 1,000 Guineas, scheduled for the weekend of May 2-3, and the Investec Oaks and Derby, June 5-6, will be held at a later date which will announced after the suspension of British racing is lifted by the BHA.
The Jockey Club is currently in talks with the BHA and other key stakeholders regarding potential future dates.
British racing is currently suspended until at least May 1 following the coronavirus pandemic.... www.racingpost.com

Interesting if the ARC will follow suit?
Plus obviously the St Leger if we have a potential triple crown winner ?

The Derby under lights at Wolverhampton in December, maybe? Well, it would be different at any rate.
Can't really see Royal Ascot going ahead, even behind closed doors.
