Friday night tote declared wrong trifecta and quartet dividend at Musselborough race 6 .Both dividends should have paid the pool as there were carry overs .I took the matter up with phumelela they said they would escalate the matter and come back to me .Over the Air gave me guidance and I took it up with my bookmaker Hollywood .Abongele of HW was good enough to come back to me only to say it's not their problem I must take it up with gold circle .Called gold circle spoke to Steve who is in charge of results .After looking at the race results he noted what I was saying but said on Friday he was off so can't answer for it but Naveen is in charge of the department and he will ask him to call me back .To date no call back from Naveen .I think this is unacceptable .

Now look at the below PA & Jackpot pools for Sweden. Not even R2000! When will the tote realise we do not give a crap about this kind of racing. Rather bring back Zim racing and get rid of this shit. It is not generating any decent turnover :huh:

I have never played Sweden but have done Zim years afo when the quality and field sizes were better - As a punter though you have to consider that the win and place pools on a single Sweden race are way more than the complete bets wagered on Zim lately so I see their reasoning

.....something very dodge about this trifecta payout......checked the will pays before the result and the potential payout was not on the slide....it pays around the same as an exacta......:S

Agree @Muhtiman...I often check the Will Pays and screenshot it when race "Closed" and compare to official results...get the occasion when there are unexplained differences...

We know that the tote can be re-opened after "Closed" eg. when there is a false...don't know how often it is otherwise re-opened... :whistle:
