The three short priced favourites on the card, War Room, Miracle Flight and Eden Roc, short odds as a multiple on the day but with so much ante-post betting available, worth swinging these into other multiples.
The three on the day, I am of the opinion any bet is a good bet irrespective of the odds, provided it's a winning bet, settle for a even money winning bet, rather than backing a 10/1 short head loser.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Yes Bayern i have to agree. We hear the presenters forever going on about some horse at 6 or 7or 8 -1 that represents value!! But if it loses it represents nothing at all. Surely Value is not to do with long odds but being able to spot a horse that is 9-10 when it should be 6-10. That's just an example but backing horses at long odds that end up losing is not Value at all. Just my opinion of course. As for Eden Roc today I'm a little worried im not sure I'll be taking that price or banking him in anything but of course I may be completely wrong.
