Are stud farms using the barrier trials as a sales platform?

Looking at the two trials this morning they both seem to have runners primarily owned by the breeder.
i wonder if the next time they run they will still be in the breeders colours or are th trainers going to try sell the horse on to other owners in their yards.
if this is the case was this the original goal of barrier trials?

It might be the case that the owner/trainer hasn't submitted the change of ownership at the time of accepting in the barrier trial.

Not possible as these races are supposedly run under NHRA rules and ownership needs to be registered.
I have heard many moves have been pulled in these trials and some fish have been stung.
Scrap the crap
