Can someone from HW advise why they do not offer head to head bets daily on the local meetings???

I like these bets. Some bookmakers offer them.
Hollywood used to do it on every local race but was told by a Hollywood manager that they got burnt. Then they tried a three way which was worse.
Wish they would bring them back

They can't talk about getting burnt...when punters loose and bookies score...take it on the chin this is gambling...2020 with all initiatives HW have done recently..bring it back
