Evening.
This afternoon and evening session completed, and went as follows:
The 1st runner we wanted 1.5, and with being around 1.64 on arrival and not coming down to us at any stage at all, we all had to avoid the race. The runner went and won, so a good leave......
The 2nd runner we wanted 2.7, and with being around 2.78 on arrival and only getting bigger and bigger, we never see our lay price at any stage, so all had to avoid another race. The runner was beaten, so a shame the price didn't drop that little bit more for us, but the way it goes and 'one that got away in hindsight'........
The 3rd runner we wanted 2.32, and with being around 2.8 on arrival and not coming down to us at any stage at all, we all had to avoid the race. The runner was beaten and so another 'one that gets away in hindsight'.......
The 4th runner we wanted 2.7, and with being around 2.98 on arrival and then dropping down to us and beyond under good support, we had a lay at 2.7 max. The lay was beaten and so a good result......

The 5th runner we wanted 2.6, and with being around 2.84 on arrival and then dropping down to us and beyond, we had a lay at 2.6 max. The lay was beaten and so a good result......
The 6th runner we wanted 1.6, and with being around 1.82 on arrival and then dropping down to us under good, late support, we had a lay at 1.6 max. The lay was beaten and so a good result.....
The 7th runner we wanted 2.2, and with being around 2.52 on arrival and then tumbling down to us and beyond under good, late support, we had a lay at 2.2 max. The lay was beaten, so gamble foiled and a good result.......
The 8th runner we wanted 1.7, and with being around 1.9 on arrival, all strategy play completed and just a little trading left on offer, I'm leaving it there guys, so good luck traders with the remainder..
WELL PLAYED........
'Rolling' strategy/target players (no 'free' lays for them) won 2 targets.........They started their 1st strategy/target on the 4th runner, and hit their targets on their 2nd lay (the 5th runner)........They then started their 2nd strategy/target on the 6th runner, and hit their target on this runner.....That left them with an insufficient amount left to start another strategy/target, so they end the day winning 2 targets..
'Bank building' strategy/target players had their 1st lay (the 4th runner) at 2.7 max, and a good result see them win a chunk of their targets.....They then had their 2nd lay (the 6th runner) and a good result see them hit their targets..

Our price 8/11 (1.727) and so no bets can be advised at current odds. If we see 1.5, or under, we'll go in for a lay. *Please note that a little more emphasis has had to go on the early markets for clues, concerning this race*
3.00 Lingfield. PREDICT (2.86)
Our price 2/1 (3.0) and so no bets can be advised at current odds. If we see 2.7, or under, we'll go in for a lay.
3.30 Lingfield. LIBERTY VALANCE (2.56)
Our price 13/8 (2.625) and so no bets can be advised at current odds. If we see 2.32, or under, we'll go in for a lay.
4.30 Lingfield. ORNELLA (2.96)
Our price 2/1 (3.0) and so no bets can be advised at current odds. If we see 2.7, or under, we'll go in for a lay.
All the races were priced up, with non runners taken into account, up until 9.50am.
So, just the one meeting left for this afternoon then, and with only the 4 to work around it spells no play for 5 runner strategists. However, after a long think, **I feel it's worthy of combining the two sessions like we did yesterday** and so that's what we'll do. Very tricky and testing, but we have enough about us to warrant going into battle, so that's what we'll do. Discipline to the maximum and take advantage of any prices that come our way.
