The RA now selling property

As far as I am aware the RA have one major asset on their books. This is the Randjesfontein training facility. Perusing this yeara financials I notice the sale of a servitude for the amount of R267390. There is absolutely no mention of this in the notes so members are only informed in the figures.

Prices in Randjes must be astronomical so either the servitude is tiny, or someone just bought themselves a.bargain. Some obvious questions need to be asked

1. Why was this servitude sold?
2. Were membera informed of the sale?
3. Who were the purchasers of the land?
4. What purpose is the servitude needed for?
5. Were the RA board informed of the sale and was the sale approved by the board?
6. Why was an explanation of the sale not included in the report?

Can anyone assist?

Are they not having an AGM soon? Sure you can get an answer there

.....being a non member but with the meeting is in his newish back yard....not sure if he would be allowed in to ask such questions.....and also we never get any answers from the RA members that lurk here either.....so asking anything of the RA here.... is merely rhetorical......:whistle:
