So by now we've all heard that Legal Eagle has been moved to PE.

Ignoring the perception that it's a bit of an insult to his dignity - why is he actually being sent there. Surely a horse of his *proven* talent should be prepping for the Cape summer?

Assuming he's actually still keen on racing (or even capable if one believes the rumours about his wind not being 100%...), a horse with his trophy collection has surely earned a cushy retirement 10 times over?

Sure he will have a bash at the Cape Summer, Yvette is not scared to raid (If he`s still good enough)

My feeling is he`s moving closer to his forever home? Might be wrong!

Bremner yard and current owners closely linked. i dont know they have any other horses with tarry yard.

why not move the horse? probably a pipe opener for the season and then on to CPT season if well enough

i dount this will be another MAC DE LAGO story

Will probably be lambasted for this, but imo he should have been retired BEFORE the last Cape Season - but his owners obviously have a different opinion
