For how long now have I been warning people in racing about this management.. all the Sporting Post articles I’ve begged.. I’ve told top trainers and owners for months now.. I’ve asked as an RA member to be invited to the meeting and discuss how owners can help.. now it’s all coming to reality nobody thought they would see the day.

In A SENS announcement issued on Friday 15 November, the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (‘JSE’) = advises that Phumelela Gaming & Leisure Ltd has failed to submit its provisional report within the three-month period stipulated in the JSE’s Listings Requirements.

Accordingly, the company’s listing on the JSE trading system has been annotated with a ‘RE’ to indicate that it has failed to submit its provisional report timeously and that the listing of this company’s securities is under threat of suspension and possible removal.

If Phumelela still fails to submit its provisional report by end of November 2019, then its listing may be suspended.

This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.

Owners put a lot of hard earned money into this game.. all we want is to be heard and give our advise.. the people who fell into the pit to own shares in this must be feeling sick ! Unless they were the ones who collected all the dividends year after year

i blame ota for this. he has to accept full responsibility. he wagered a bottle of johnny black that the price would be below 100 come 1 december. ever since then he has waged a huge campaign to force the price down. what some people will do for a bottle of whiskey

Shot OTA correct..ok so 15th Nov gone so wait for Jock International or my call wait for Summer Cup to finish and then release..also they have to get the CTS through as they cannot risk those prices plummeting, so many agendas.

Can`t think of any incentive to buy at the CTS
