Re: Flamingo Park Monday

Good day to all punters, here are my picks for today's racing at Flamingo Park.
Race 2: This is a two-horse race between Profligate and Earth Star. If Profligate doesn't win today, then I don't know if she will ever win, this is a very weak maiden field, but she still needs to beat the weak maidens.
Race 4: Mr Tinsel looks like a banker in everything with the scratching of Windcheater. Draw 8, 52kg's and 1600m is everything in his favour today.
Race 5: Very tough handicap race. Two Guns looks like the horse to follow, has very nice course form and has a 3,5kg swing in the weigths with Calls To Heaven. Expect Calls To Heaven, Banjo On My Knee and Silvan Saint to chase Two Guns home.
Race 6: Take your pick, Phil's Power, Seattle Skyline, All The Sevens, Immortelle, Takatul, Aeronautice. I am going to stick my neck out and go with Takatual, purely because of the 53,5kg's on his back.
Race 7: Prince Josh to beat home Le Tigre and Concealed Secret.
Race 8: Lucky Veil should follow-up with a win after his nice win on his sand debut, impressive time of 57,37 only concern is the 8kg's he has to carry more and the 2,5kg's swing around in weghts with Dolphin who has good course and distance form.
Race 9: Queen Rachel to romp home from What A Sarah, Meet The Logans and Dakota Midnight.
Hope this helps, enjoy!!

Venus Flytrap (1)
First time seeing flamingo racetrack , working well but should be very green . Will improve alot with todays experience. Bred and build to be a stayer . Will be much better 1800m+
Master Of Legends (2)
Inconsistent but can upset quartet in small weak maiden field
My Secret (2)
Ignore first run when she had excuses on sand. Can upset.
Barbara (3)
Great run last week and must have a chance again.
Maneater (3)
Moody type mare but she can also go close when in the mood.
Short Skirt Flirt (3)
Good maiden win last start and first run in a handicap. Working well.
Good Emperor (4)
First run back after rest . Lets see how he takes the sand.
Peter The Wailer (4)
Not the most reliable but have plenty ability and better than his rating.
Warrior's Stone (5)
1800m his minimum trip and can run a good race .
Le Tigre (7)
Great win last week after a rest. Should run big race again.
Clairvoyance (9)
First run back after rest. May still need it and will prefer a bit further.
Queen Rachel (9)
Loves the sand and going for a hattrick . Handicapper must be catching up but she is honest and we hoping for a big run again.

KAYLA'S DREAM (WIN)
Dennis Cason:
No 5 Kayla’s Dream – She was a bit slow away on debut and we’re hoping for a better run.
Was Drawn 14-14 last time over the 1400m and finished in 8th place 7lengths off the winner, she was slow into stride (lost1 length never in it)
She was slow into stride and ran from the widest draw, but finished 0.75lengths off the favorite on that occasion
In 4th place was the second favorite and she finished 3.75lengths off
Draw 6 today!!

Manaftermidnight has surely been waiting for a break at the weights and from the MR 62 run is weighted better than anything else, any improvement on that day will see it cross very close.

What do they use to decide the photo finish at Flamingo? Was a very quick decision. Is there even a photo?
