There are already multiple emails phone calls into your offices BUT no one with any authority replies or deals with my query.


You cannot have it both ways with me as a client. Deposits and Withdrawals have to work smoothly.

I cannot continue to have to beg for my money, my account i know is an exceptional one but then put measures in place to deal with my ONCE A YEAR phone calls.
