with current nonsense in the Public domain what are the chances that this sale with see a disastrous collapse in sales prices?

who would buy a horse at the moment?

Well I suppose there's another way to look at it - interest should be pretty low - so take that one or two that you want off the breeder's hands at a discounted price - problem is though you have to feet it / them and that cost is only heading one way - with stakes most likely heading the other way ....

But the die-hards will imo be buying - time to really look at owning a thoroughbred as a hobby - golf clubs are also expensive and you buy them to enjoy the game ....

It would be good to see he true vendor buybacks but like so many other things in racing, this is cloak and dagger. I will however say that the prices are actually better than expected.
