I believe that many problems would be solved by using your name and not a pseudonym. If you write something, you must be able to stand by it.Employers, girlfriends, can look it up is you want. One of the main reasons many trainers wont post is the abuse from faceless cowards. The abuse is fine but put your name to it.

I don't think that by using one's name and surname is the way to solve the issues,

I beg to differ ! In my opinion the cowards are actually the so-called racing stakeholders who have either stood idly by or ''leeched'' on the bandwagon while Rome burnt. The few folk who stood up and warned of this butchering and plundering were either banned or discredited. Using or not using one's name çan hardly be the problem or help in solving these problems.
