Not sure you can blame FG for you losing money
Must admit I hardly use since they were hijacked, mostly because I don’t punt anymore.
But when I have visited my only issue was that the site seemed to take a while to load pages.

Biscuit, Sorry to hear, but I'm sure you have also lost plenty of money on many other occasions for many other reasons, unfortunately we do have missing info, but I can assure you this is out of my control currently, as the founder of Formgrids the last thing I want is what we now have left of a once beautiful product, it hardly resembles the platform that I spent 15 years and a fortune building.
There was a time when we had up to date data covering 11 or so countries as well as extra toys for SA racing including race videos and stipes reports.
Although very well received by the vast majority of racing people a few people in key positions in the industry conspired against me and done their absolute best to destroy Formgrids, I can only assume it was for self interest and self gain, no real racing men would have help destroy Formgrids which catered for thousands of visit by racing people every day.
Formgrids was introduced to racing in 2004 to support the industry but sadly some people made sure the industry never supported Formgrids.
They played the man and not the ball, I think the celebration of our 100 million pageviews a few years back was the final straw for the envious clique, shortly afterward we were victims of a malicious and vicious hack which put us back to square one, we managed to get Formgrids back up at great expense and time, however other parts of their grand plan were put in place and neatly executed, once the clique gained the control of racings data via Telly Track a price of R11500 PM was now suddenly required for the info that we had been freely given before, it was always racings policy to give the data free to anyone who promoted racing, they totally ignored our prior agreements with GC regarding our acsess the data, they knew I could not afford the R11500 monthly on top of all the other costs especially since most of our earlier industry advertisers had one by one mysteriously pulled their support, anyway that's part of the story, there is more, much more but for another day, this is just so you and others know it's not deliberate that we are missing info,, but be sure we will be back
