nothing special about that ride Bayern, the horse did the work, any other rider would have won as well.

just after the 400 meter mark the winner seriously impedes 3 horses. causing the eventual 3rd place horse to check quite badly.

any opinions on that incident!!

Most recent run over C/D has been to decent,was in a Mr66 handicap finishing in 8th place 4.35 lengths of the winner WOODSTOCK FAIRY did carry 58kgs on that occasion

WITH BLAZE OF SILK BEEN SO SPEEDY AND CARRYING ONLY 51.5KGS ON HIS BACK,HE COULD GO HARD UPFRONT AND BUILD UP A GOOD LEAD AND HOLD ON
